#20 Out Tonight!

Now that you’ve incorporated ten minutes of singing into your day, it’s time to take it up a notch to the next level. You’ve got the lyrics down, but now you’ll need choreography to accompany your performance. You’ve seen the play (at least I hope you have) and you’ve watched this incredible number performed online more times than you can remember. And while you may not have the exact moves down, fear not. This is where you get to put your own spin on to the sexy number. Besides which, you get the general idea of staging. The lead singer Mimi, who is playing the role of a sultry dancer at the Catscratch club, starts the song at the top of the stairs and slowly makes her way down slithering and oozing with sex appeal before she arrives at the front of the stage. No problem. You’ve got this covered. You’ve got stairs. And if you don’t, you can always start on top of your bed or on the couch in the living room. Wherever you choose to start, just remember to use the hips your mama gave you! This song is all about the sex. So shake that money maker! And don’t forget to flip that hair a few times. Strip teases always include a few hair tosses. Just be careful not to flip too quickly, which may cause you to lose balance and fall flat on your bottom. I admit, this has happened to me on a number of occasions. No worries. You dust off and keep going. Make your way down the stairs and into your kitchen where you can hop on top of the island and slither around like a sex kitten before making your way around the dining room table to grab a chair to dance on in front of the mirror. Again, please be careful with this prop as it can be dangerous. You must distribute your weight accordingly, or, as with the hair toss, you may fall flat on your butt. So step up slowly and gain your footing before shakin’ your groove thing. Chair work successfully complete, you make your way down to the floor on your hands and knees and finish the song with some more gyrating and hair tosses before belting out the last ‘Tonight!’ Then you may collapse on the floor. Well done!
