GRAVY - or so says my husband. Don’t get me wrong. I love gravy on my poutine, which we’ve already discussed earlier. It’s warm, saucy, and increases the quality of the meal by 100%. Don’t’ believe me? Go out and get yourself some poutine. Trust me on this one.
