#76 The Perfect Avocado






















THE PERFECT AVOCADO – Let’s be honest here. Avocados are amazing. Similar to onions or garlic, everything is better with avocado. Here are a few ways to increase the quality of your life by adding avocado:


1. Omelettes – everyone’s got their own preferences for omelettes, but if you ask me, adding cheddar cheese, fried onions, mushrooms and avocado changes everything.

2. Guacamole – tortilla chips. Nuff said.

3. Salads – I don’t’ care what kind of salad it is, avocado always makes it better. My favourite is a combination of feta cheese, dried cranberries, strawberries, pine nuts, and avocado with a balsamic vinegarette, but it also goes well with a mix of mango, almonds, and been sprouts in a sweet Vidalia onion peppercorn dressing. Really, it doesn’t matter what mix of ingredients you choose because adding avocado always changes everything.

4. Fajitas! – You’ve got your seasoned chicken strips, sautéed peppers and onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and salsa. Now all you need is to throw on some avocado and taste your way to an entirely new and amazing experience.

5. Sandwiches – whether you’ve got a tuna melt, or a grilled cheese sandwich with tomatoes and bacon, add some avocado and see your life change forever.
